Fantastic experience at the Georgetown location. Hadn’t gone there before due to the time to get there through I35 traffic, but was WELL worth it to do an evening appointment. They were kind yet efficient and helped me feel much better about my procedure.

I had a really pleasant experience with ARA. Their service on the phone with insurance authorization, followed by scheduling was great! When I arrived to ARA at Georgetown their service was also outstanding! I was greeted warmly at the front desk where my questions were answered. My attendant, as well as the technician who did my MRI were both professional and caring! Thank you for your great service!

I had a very pleasant visit today. The front and back office staff were all friendly and professional. The office was clean, welcoming, and my wait was not long at all.

The ARA staff are friendly and professional with excellent service. The people that schedule appointments are absolutely terrible and border on the line of incompetent and gross negligent. I scheduled my appointment for while my children were at school. Despite the affirmations from the schedular on the phone that my appointment was during the day she scheduled me for 10 at night. Luckily the staff was able to work me in only an hour later than my expected appointment time.

This facility is a prime example of how healthcare should be! Due to my dad's unexpected surgery going thru 3 hospitals,skilled nursing,and numerous Drs visits this has been the 2nd place that has been understanding,polite and treated with the upmost care!

The staff from the time of arrival to the time I left was professional and courteous. The kindness and compassion the staff demonstrated was amazing. The necessity of having to have diagnostic imaging is a stressful and emotional time, however, the staff was kind and compassionate. I would definitely use them again.
